What's New 

It's Gratitude Month!We all know that Thanksgiving is around the corner and in areas that don't celebrate that the knowledge of the symbolism that this day represents is known. Just like Love, Gratitude and Appreciation are of the highest vibrations we can be in. Get into those frequencies and nothing can stop you. Life is worth living and challenges are easier to work through. And, oh yeah, it feels good!!! 
  
This past month has been insane for me! Mercury retrograde hit hard for things I either wasn't seeing (total unconscious) or needed to see (like car issues--in the garage 4x this retrograde). Things come up more strongly in Mercury retrograde. It's not to beat us up and pull us down. It's to show us what we are not seeing or need to take care of. Things happen to help us move forward at a better pace once Mercury goes direct and we zoom forth. I had announced going to my class reunion in upstate NY last month. Instead, when my twin sister and I got there and after checking into our hotel, we ended up at the emergency room. I had an incarcerated ventral hernia by my diaphragm that needed to be repaired with surgery asap. So the next day in NY I had my surgery. Two weeks later I end up with a hematoma (localized blood clot) but it just needed to reabsorb itself. Then I used the ab binder they gave me during my workouts and thought it was snug but comfortable (as suggested). Instead I bruised my ribs.
Am I getting the message yet!?

I know this area is all about Solar Plexus/Power Chakra. So I have the spiritual messages. But there's more to it. We are spiritual beings have a human experience and while here we need to take care of our temple, our physical bodies. I am big on taking care of my body, physical fitness and yoga. But I'm not great at eating healthily. Logically, I know I should but every day is a struggle for me in nutrition. Like on a scale of 1-10, I'm probably at a 5-6 with eating healthy for my body.

So this weekend I attended Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within Seminar. And it was AMAZING! Motivational and awakening annnd FUN! I bonded with 7 woman on the very first day. We were the first people there that signed in and waited at the very top of the General Admission line. We stood, sat, shuffled, and talked together for four hours before anyone else even showed up to stand in line with us. 5,000 people came to this event. It was so much fun bonding with them. We made sure to sit with each other for the rest of the 4-day event!

While there we learned more about ourselves, our goals, law of attraction and focus! We learned about our bodies and nutrition, business, relationships and a whole lot of inspiring true stories to remind us WE CREAT OUR LIFE! I received nutritional tips to help me get back on track. One of my main goals now is to get a good cleanse for my body to remove the toxins I've been putting in my body and take 1tsp. of Virgin Coconut Oil 3x/day to remove my sweets cravings. In any case, I know it was the Universe's way of answers my Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism diagnosis, this hernia and so much more. If I had been eating healthy this whole time, it's possible these things would not have been created in my body. I know we hurt our bodies or help our bodies and it's up to us.

Long story short, are you with me!? We can do this together! This month's yoga moves are perfect for our physical body! I introduce to you the Five Tibetan Rites aka the Fountain of Youth. These you can do daily, as I do, and notice results occuring. Modify where you need to and gradually work up to the full sequence from 3-21 reps. Read more below! The Five Tibetan Rites is an ancient Tibetan practice known as the Fountain of Youth and is reportedly 2,500 years old. (Click on the image to the right to see larger in a higher resolution.) I practice the Five Tibetans every morning. It just feels so good! The Five Rites emphasize "a continuous sequence of movement" (Sanskrit: Vinyasa).

"The five Tibetans are a unique sequence of yoga poses reputed to be the key to longevity. According to legend, the sequence was created by Tibetan monks in a Himalayan monastery and then brought into the world by British Army Colonel Bradford. The colonel was amazed by the monks' vitality and superior health. They credited their religious observances, simple diet and the five Tibetans."

"The Five Rites speed up the spinning of the chakras, coordinate their spin so they are in complete harmony, distribute pure prana energy to the endocrine system, and in turn to all organs and processes in the body. Inspire You Article
Be Fierce  

I know being "Fierce" doesn't sound like me (if you know me). I'm all about rainbows and butterflies, fairies and Unicorns. teehee. :) I love positive thinking and driving home that we are powerful energy beings magically creating our life every day!

So when you think of being fierce it doesn't, at first, seem to go together. But it does. It's about sticking with your true essence and only allowing the positive uplifting influences to affect you in those positive and uplifting ways.

It's easier to give in, at least in the short-term, to negativity and fear. Which created a downwards spiral. And in the long run you will suffer more to get back to where you were when you were faced with that negative challenge or fearful situation. But the path is divine and true. You needed to "veer off the path" because that WAS your path in order to be stronger, more powerful and stand with conviction in your beliefs, way of living life, and to follow your destiny. So truly, you are always where you are meant to be.  

Being fierce is not allowing others to negatively affect you.
