What's New
Energy is coming up for release. The past few days I've found I have needed to Energy Shake my way to feeling clear more often than I have in months. It's during these
times that we know we've hit a new dimension for releasing the old
that no longer serves us and letting it go. This can be our
"stuff" or, as light workers, we may be clearing some of it
for our family, friends, even strangers and the Earth. Shake your
heart out (like my article shares above) and enjoy the release.
You'll feel the icky energy leaving and you'll just know when to stop
or when you are having so much fun it turns into a long fun dance.
Turn on the tunes and enjoy!
I like to do Breath of Joy during these times as
well. It's a beautiful yogic flow for bringing and feeling the joyful
vibrations within and very energizing. Watch the link I've shared
here for how to practice. But when you do your "HA", make
it loud and really let it out! It's three quick inhales and one
exhale with a "HA". EnJOY! :)

Balancing Table Pose helps warm, stretch and strengthen the body. This
pose builds abdominal and lower back strength. It warms the body and
brings flexibility to the spine, shoulders, and hips, while gently
stretching the torso. This pose heats up your internal fire. Because
of the balancing challenge, this pose also helps to improve focus,
coordination, and overall physical equilibrium. When you coordinate
your movement with your breath, the pose also helps to relieve
stress, fatigue and tension. Repeat on both sides to help balance
each side of your body.

In every yoga
class, whether I'm teaching or simply practicing, there is always a
moment where my body, mind and soul connect. A space where I can
finally breathe fully and allow my soul to expand. Where I can
finally say, "ahhhh..." Now that's the stuff.
Sometimes
it's several times in a class or throughout the entire class, but
always at least once. It's when I've finally gotten out of my head
and truly let go to be fully my authentic self.
I would liken it
to a beautiful sunset that makes you feel content, brings tears to
your eyes. Or just when you go for a walk and you think, 'Now finally
I can breathe.'
It's in those
moments, like when I am practicing yoga, when I get to that point and
I think, 'now I can finally breathe.' 'now I can finally take a real
breath and now I can finally expand.' So what is that for you? That
expression in life that makes you want to breathe. What is that thing
to you that says, 'If
I do nothing else I must do this and then my Soul can breathe and
finally exhale.'
